Cooking and dining here in East Hawaii can be limited in terms of continental cuisine, but when our international cook group gathers to create a festive meal like french night, everything is over the top and everyone wants to wear their sparkles and glitter.
Would you like to try some of the hors D'oeuvre, they are ready to be sampled. How about a fresh tapenade or just made steak tartare?
Here's a select sample of the fare for the night, would you like a plate for yourself. Pace yourself, there's alot to sample at each station.
Can you tell that everyone is getting in the mood, a la francais ce soir . You can even sing La Marseillaise, if you remember all the verse.
A beret and glass of french wine is just the right way to start of the evening, nice scarf too!
Its time to make the crepes with fresh and locally purveyed fruits and fillings from our tropical gardens.
La grande finale....everyone jump in the pool with your clothes on or off, its optional!
